The fireworks display is located on the east side of Emricson Park. Most spectators watch the display from the park’s sledding hill. The Committee charges a fee to park in Emricson Park, which is used to help pay for the costs of the fireworks. Donations are also accepted at the entrance gate. Anyone attending the fireworks can walk into the park from the Jackson or South street entrances. Cars will be permitted into the park only through the South Street entrance. Emricson Park has around 600 available parking spaces, most of which fill up by the time the fireworks begin, which is typically sometime between 9:15 PM and 9:30 PM.
If you’d like to donate to the fireworks fund, contributions can be sent to Woodstock Fireworks Fund, c/o Golden Eagle Community Bank, P.O. Box 1930, Woodstock, IL 60098. Your community thanks you!
